FASHION DESIGN PORTFOLIO
Back in 2011 I started a tiny kids clothing line when I was pregnant with my second daughter. I ended up learning the screen printing process from A-Z and eventually started printing in my garage. I expanded into womenswear and a couple years later, I teamed up with a rep and together we got LAZY J into over 40 stores nationwide! Screen printed tees were at their height and the business took off. Every season I would come up with all of the designs, prepare the artwork to burn onto the screens, print samples, hire models and a photographer for the lookbook shoots as well a separate studio shoot. Lazy J became synonymous with laid back California style and was in high demand. It was an incredible learning experience and taught me invaluable skills that I still use today.
